Iconix Acquires Majority Stake In Ecko and Zoo York For $63.5 Million

Iconix Brand Group announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in the Ecko portfolio of brands, which represents over $1 billion of annual global retail sales. The Ecko portfolio includes Ecko Unlimited, Marc Ecko, the Rhino logo and Zoo York.

Will Your Shop Be One Of The Winners At Bangers For Bucks?

The retail shop contest, created by Martin Ramos of Kona Skate Park, will be brought to Surf Expo and held on a one-of-a-kind Team Pain course. Ten skate shop teams will compete for $15,000 in cash and prizes, including instant cash for the skaters and thousands of dollars in merchandise credit for their store.
