A new surf brand at Surf Expo – Surf Ratz: “Strictly for Groms”

The Brand
The thriving surf scene of North Cornwall, England, triggered the idea for a Grom friendly surf brand: Surf Ratz. Not a scaled down adult surf line but something with dynamic visual impact, specifically engineered to entertain and appeal to kids.The brand’s creators have an extensive background in apparel and Entertainment Licensing. The distinctive logo and graphics provide a strong commercial proposition, designed for easy application with all popular product areas.

The Boards
Tom Morey is a surf legend. In his time known as one of the world’s top 5 surfers. The Globally recognized creator of the Boogie board !SurfRatz is proud to have an association with Tom Morey Surfboards and the new line of Surf Ratz boards have been shaped for Surf Ratz by Tom Morey.The line will be previewed and available to order at Surf Expo 2015.

The Surf Line
The core surf line (rash vests, boardies, wetsuits, t-shirts, backpacks etc.) has already enjoyed excellent sales in the UK and mainland Europe. Now available for U.S. retail through Great Number One of Florida, the initial styles will be previewed and available to order at Surf Expo 2015.

The Characters
Now there are Surf Ratz characters! Developed to provide entertainment for its Grom followers. They retain the striking edginess of the Surf Ratz logo while dramatically increasing the commercial prospects for the brand. Incredibly skilled surfing rodents, surf punk refugees from “wave lashed” Rat Island.Surfin’ vermin !

The Games
2 exciting new Surf Ratz App games, featuring are ready to go !The games will be available as free-to-play on iOS and Android devices as well as on the www.surf-ratz.com website from early 2015.

The Comics
More Grom friendly entertainment ! Surf Ratz Digital Comics, bi-monthly animated adventure stories, will start in February 2015. Available as a subscription App. or via thewww.surf-ratz.com website.<

The License
The Surf Ratz brand, games and comics have been developed to facilitate license agreements with retailers, wholesalers and specialist companies whose product suits the subject ! LMI are SurfRatz chosen Licensing representatives for the U.S.A. and will be available for meetings on the Surf Ratz booth #1149 at Surf Expo 2015
