Q. What are the show hours for September 2010?
A. Friday, Sept. 10, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 11, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Sunday, Sept. 12, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

 

Q. I have attended Surf Expo in the past. Do I have to register all of my Company data again?
A. No, you don't have to enter your company data again. You can click here to log on to your store profile, look up your password, edit employees and update physical store addresses.

 

Q. I've forgotten my password. How can I get it?
A. We will be glad to email your password to you. Click here and enter your store contact email.

 

Q. I would like to attend Surf Expo for the first time. What credentials do I need?
A. Stores need to supply a valid Tax I.D. number or current business license. First time attendees (buyers) need to show a cancelled payroll check, employer 941 form or copy of the most recent W-2. Badge pickup requires a valid photo I.D. as well.

 

Q. I am an approved store owner and would like to bring a guest, what do I need to do?
A. Buyers' guest fee is $30 and all buyer guests must register onsite along with the main store contact.

 

Q. Can I bring a minor into the show?
A. Minors are allowed to attend Surf Expo under specific circumstances. Please click here for a full explanation of our minor policy.

 

Q. Can my employees log on and register themselves?
A. No, registration access is available only to the main store contact. While we do look for individual employee information, including age and email, we understand that store information is sensitive and we limit access to protect that privacy.

 

Q. A Zip Code field is required, but our country does not use Zip Codes, what should I do?
A. Simply enter 00000 into the Zip Code field.

Q. My company would like to exhibit at Surf Expo, where can I find more information?

Q. I need to get badges for my staff, what do I need to do?

A. Online badge request forms are available. Click here to access the appropriate form.


Q. How many badges can I request?

A. Surf Expo allows contracted exhibitors seven badges per 10x10 booth space.


Q. What is the deadline for badge requests?

A. You must request badges at least 4 weeks prior to each show.  Onsite registration is always free and easy after the pre-registration deadline.
 

Q. How do I receive badges for team riders and models who are minors?
A. Badge requests for minors can be made in advance of the show, however minor badges are not mailed. Minors must pick up their badges onsite, and must be accompanied by the exhibitor contact or approved team manager.

Q. Where can I request press badges?
A.
 You can either register with a faxable form or online form. Click here to access. Deadline for media applications is 10 days prior to each show. After that you can bring the required credentials and register onsite. There is no fee for registering at the show.

  
 
Industry Guests & Others

Q. Are any type of guest allowed that is not associated with a store or exhibiting company?

A. Industry guests, including non-exhibiting manufacturers and other industry-affiliates, may register onsite as an Industry Guest for $250. We will not allow any solicitation by industry guests.
