Registration is easy at Surf Expo!

Hey gang! Coming to Surf Expo in September? Of course you are! It’s the premier board sports and resort trade show covering the beach lifestyle industry. Just so you know we have a new registration system on the website that should really help to streamline the registration process and will be much easier on you for future shows.

Here are a couple of things to look out for:

Veteran attendees - If you or your store have been to Surf Expo before your info is already listed on our site! Cool!!! WELCOME BACK! There is no need to re-enter all your info. Simply click on the link that reads "If you or someone from your retail store(s) has attended Surf Expo before, click here". Your login is your e-mail address and your temporary password is your postal zip code. You will be prompted to change your password to six digits. Easy!!! After you log in you can manage your buyers and attendees. You can even add new buyers!

New Stores to Surf Expo - If you are BRAND NEW come on in! The water’s fine! Only if your retail store has never been to Surf Expo should you click here - "If this is the first time anyone from your retail store(s) has attended Surf Expo, click here."  Take a couple of minutes to let us know more about your store – what you carry, categories of items, the size and type of store. This information is really important and helps us serve you better! It gives us suggestions on the vendors we need to bring to the show for you so we can continue to be the one-stop-shop trade show that you’ve relied on for 33 years!

If you are brand new please know that we’ll need some more info from you. Please don’t be offended! Surf Expo prides itself on being a business-to-business trade show bringing the best retailers together with the best exhibitors in the board sports, resort and gift biz! Folks on the floor are there to get the job done so we only allow registered retail businesses entry to the show. So sorry but we don’t let anyone outside of the industry or consumers into the show. We just need to see your business license or your Federal Tax ID. We may also ask for check stubs of your buyers. All this will be highlighted by a follow-up e-mail when you register for the first time.
