Revolution Surf Company Hosts Fashion Show
The infamous Billabong Bus was on the move again this past weekend. This time for Revolution Surf Company’s annual fashion show in the heart of beautiful Camarillo.
Revolution gathers students from surrounding high schools to work the runway. Models display upcoming designs from some of the major labels including industry leader Billabong. Swimwear was the main focus of the show with the beach season right around the corner, but there were also hints of casual street wear, including some denim.
The event generated a crowd of several hundred people, all of which got a chance walk down the red carpet to the Billabong tent for some goodies before entering the main stage area.
The event was catered by local favorite Las Olas Mexican restaurant. Las Olas has hosted several Billabong film premieres in years past and is a staple of Camarillo. There was also a bake sale in front of the store with all proceeds going to Boarding for Breast Cancer.
Every year, Revolution exceeds expectations and produces a wonderful show leaving everyone from little groms to elderly couples with smiles on their faces. Look for Revolution to raise the bar again for next year.
