Video Series Documenting The Hand-Made Manufacturing Process Celebrates the Debut of IVI’s Spring 2013 Sunglass Range

Irvine, CA – (February 15, 2013) IVI today announces the release of the brand’s first Spring 2013 product drop. The product debut includes new colors stories, 4 new frame styles and the release of the highly anticipated DPM Series – the world’s first hand poured block acetate in an exclusive camouflage pattern.

Over two years in development, the DPM Series camouflage acetate was created in partnership with world-renowned acetate supplier, Mazzucchelli 1849. The ingenuity and craftsmanship necessary to execute the material spurred the idea to deliver to the industry a documentary of IVI’s hand-made sunglass manufacturing process, appropriately titled, IVI PRESENTS: THE PROCESS.

A 5-part mini-series, THE PROCESS follows the IVI design and manufacturing supply chain around the world to document each step from concept to final delivery of a finished product.
