Q. What are the show hours for September 2014?
A. Thursday, September 4, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday, September 5, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, September 9, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Q. I have attended Surf Expo in the past. Do I have to register all of my Company data again?
A. Although you must "register" your attendees for each show, no, you don't have to enter your company data again. You can click here to log on to your store profile, look up your password, edit employees and update physical store addresses.
Q. I've forgotten my password. How can I get it?
A. We will be glad to email your password to you. Click here and enter your store contact email.
Q. I would like to attend Surf Expo for the first time. What credentials do I need?
A. Stores need to supply a valid Tax I.D. number or current business license. First time attendees (buyers) need to show a cancelled payroll check, employer 941 form or copy of the most recent W-2. Badge pickup requires a valid photo I.D. as well.
Q. I am an approved store owner and would like to bring a guest, what do I need to do?
A. Buyers' guest fee is $30 and all buyer guests must register onsite along with the main store contact.
Q. Can I bring a minor into the show?
A. Minors are allowed to attend Surf Expo under specific circumstances. Please click here for a full explanation of our minor policy.
Q. Is childcare available at the show?
A. No. Quality childcare nearby the convention center is available from providers recommended by the Orange County Visitors' Bureau.
Q. I'm traveling internationally to Surf Expo, where can I request an invitation request for an international visa?
A. After completing the regular registration process, complete the Invitation Request for International Visa for a letter from Surf Expo in support of your participation in our show. Click Here
